My roadside accident

I still remember that day, December 17! while the sun was going down i was on the way to home with a friend on highway form Rawalpindi to tarbela. everything seems OK & there is not much traffic on the road. i was calm & was about the turn from highway to hattian road from a u turn ( a road that link tarbela to Peshawar & Rawalpindi) right side indicator is on, tik-tik tik-tik & then as i press accelerator it takes less then a second when i feel i was sitting on a revolving chair but not on driving seat. a hilux coming from Peshawar hit my car almost at a speed of 50 kph. oh my GOD how this happen this is what i thought this while. soon all the people around the road run towards us for help. it was a great fortune that i was completely safe while the friend was slightly injured. car seems terrible, the wind screen & front passenger door was completely damaged. soon after that highway police & a stupid SHO (the incharge of police station) arrived & record views of few peoples around us. the highway police people gave me first aid & took my friend to nearby hospital. he got 5 stitches on head.

Ah, then an unpleasant police station visit takes place. the SHO was angry with me as he blame, it was completely my fault. he want me to pay the other party too for the loss too  but nepotism really works at these  situations in Pakistan. i called to a nearby friend wiki who’s father was a well know personality of that locality. due to his referral we took ride after one hour & make our way to home with sad heart, so what happen to my car after that? i will post it at some other post soon. here i must concluded that highway police is very cooperative & far away better then conventional police. at last a humble advice for all  ”always drive carefully”
