It’s been years since I am wondering in the e world. Infact there were many things I don’t know about. During the beginning of my journey I have no idea about many interesting things that are considered as the backbone at e world. At the start I own a blog which belongs to free blogging hosts. I signed up with a free sub domain blog a start blogging in it. It was then Little by little I start learning things & interacted with a list of webmasters & entrepreneurs from every corner of the world. The blogging thrill continues & I moved to a self hosted domain account for my blog. I came to know that there are many people in e world but the most successful are the one who work smarter with focus on quality. So in e world the secret became Quality of services when success is the main concern in e world. Similarly maintaining a rapport & healthy relations with the customers & competitors is very important if you wish to move with the e world for a long run.

When It came to quality the most important things to consider is web hosting for your website, If your site is hosted with a trusted & high quality company then you are safe. I have witnessed many people who choose cheap hosting solutions & ultimately suffer loss of data due to server crash or virus infections. So the bottom line is always try to became a quality symbol & don’t compromise with standards. Success is yours.

Some initiatives directed by the ruling government are implemented on temporary basis. Its likely to be discontinued at the arrival of new regime. Same is the situation happen with NIP, The national internship program. The Caretaker government didn’t show any interest in this program last year & a large no of fresh graduates missed this opportunity which was initiated by the existing government. The aim of the NIP was to support fresh graduates with the age not more then 25 years who didn’t find suitable job after the completion of 16 years of education. Under the National internship program a candidate will be provided on the job training at various government departments with RS 10,000 stipend for their incidental expenditures.

However a couple of days ago I came to know through one of my friend that national internship program is resurrected after the direction of prime minister. He got his posting in Islamabad. I refreshed my memory & came to know that I was also the one who applied for this last year. Surprisingly I didn’t hear from them till now. This might be due to the reason that I changed my cell number recently. However I appreciate this step of government by continuing the national internship program.

Update: The Official website of national internship program is down due to some technical problem. I confirmed this from my friend. Candidates seeking the status of their internship registration & can contact at the Central office of NIP, Establishment Department, blue area Islamabad. They have the list of candidates who have been selected for national internship program 2009 batch in different cities. I also conformed that candidates who applied with city other then Islamabad can be contacted later.

Lately one of my blog post discussed about the expansion of Wimax technology in Pakistan. So here I am with new evidence. Augere a Netherlands company with a team of highly skilled & experienced personals aimed to Start Wimax broadband services in Pakistan. I came to confess this news after going though a list of new job apportinities announced by Augere in Sunday’s newspaper. Here I want to let you people know that Augere has been assigned by telecard to start their operations in Pakistan. Lately they are having disputes with Wi-Tribe another Wimax operator regarding licensing issue. While looking at the current scenario regarding wimax we came to know that currently Wateen has the monopoly to offer wimax based internet service. Wateen subscribers faced speed problem at many places & they has yet to work on making it to meet the required quality standards. I believe it is good to have more competitors in the market where the customers can have more options. Wi-tribe & augere in the future will be the sharp competitors in the industry. I wish they soon ended up with more coverage & quality of services that the current Wimax operator provides in Pakistan.

You might be familiar to Facebook, one of the top social networking website with highly growing visitors over the web these days. It enables you to connect with your friends & peers, interact with people & communities related to your interest from all over the world in a smart way. Facebook history reveals that it was initiated back in 2003 as a local Students community portal by Mark Zuckerberg a student at Harvard University in USA. However today facebook Inc is known as a private organization run by more then 700 workers with the annual recorded revenue more then 300 million.

Anyhow, few moments before I came across an interesting news at BBC so thought to share with you folks. According to the details a female worker in Switzerland was fired from his job while she is on medical leave. That happens when her boss caught her online at facebook. Her boss writes the reason in the termination latter that early she states in the leave application that due to illness she needs bed rest & the doctor told her not to work on computer. So by no chance during leave she can work on computer at home. She breaches her own statement & the trust of me so she is no more allowed to work. However the worker in defending her says that she was browsing facebook from her iphone while taking rest on bed. Anyhow this sort of news is no new these days. Facebook is more then addiction for most of us. People waste their time by browsing it during work for no reason that is why it’s browsing is banned at most of the schools, colleges & work places.

Home sweet home! This might be one of your favorite slogans about your home. Yes, a home deserved to be called sweet. It is for sure home where one can get the best restful atmosphere that one can never find at any other place. I am at my home after a long time that’s why I feel great to conceive that there is no other place like home that makes me feel like this. It’s so blessed when you live with your parents. The funny thing here is that I go with my own limitations & own regulations regarding eating & sleeping. I managed to cook myself when wants to taste something new. Move around to the neighborhood when wishes to meet old friends. You can defiantly makes a solid argument about how good is to be at home. when you live far away at some other city at a rented private apartment over a busy road & hardly get a chance once in a moth to visit your very own home. My home is not besides the beach in Dubai that you people are wondering about why I am writing about it. In fact there is nothing special in home but what make the difference is the people living there.

However let me tell you that in the near future I am going to renovate few portions of my home. That includes my personal bedroom & the bathroom. Some sitting units in the Bedroom furniture needed alteration & some has be repalced with new ones which I have to do from any good furniture showroom. Moreover a new paint work makes it look good.

Internet is no doubt malmsey for us at this age of communication. From time to time different development has been carried out in this field which gives path for further proliferation. Started its journey from a simple dial-up connection & now going with state of the art 4G, LTE high performance wireless data standard. These days the most advanced platform for the provision of internet connectivity is Broadband DSL. But however when it comes to portability Wi-Fi, UMTS, Wi-Max, iBurst & 802.16 are the terminologies that are mostly use for speedy mobile internet connectivity.

If we look at the growth of high speed internet in Pakistan. We see that there is a lot of potential in this area. Although PTCL & few other Broadband internet companies are doing well in this field but still a huge space is to be filled. Tariffs, coverage & the quality of services are the areas that needed attention in this industry. Wimax a new concept of highly speed internet is already launched by wateen telecom in Pakistan. Although up to some extent they remain successful is gaining customers but I believe they didn’t capture the market as they need to be. The reason is the high rates & poor quality of their service. Recently Wi-tribe a Qatar Telecom Company aimed to provide Wimax based internet services in Pakistan. They started their servies from Islamabad & other major cities in first phase. Now when there will be a great scenario of competition among Wi-tribe & wateen. it is expected that in future their tariffs will be very reasonable. At wimax you will be able to connect to internet at the speed up to 3 Mbit/s without the need for cables, so it can be saif that this technology is an alternative of cabel & DSL internet. Yes!! it will be Wimax that capture the future regarding the internet services in Pakistan.

Recession is every where. The downfall in economy is not only at America & Europe, it has also its effect in Asia. In Pakistan since last year many of the national & multinational companies has suffer losses in their business & ultimately cut hundreds of jobs to recover the financial crunch. The situation in America & Europe is worst; thousands of people lose their jobs due to recession. However besides this let us look at the other side of the coin, some of the companies grow well & frequently hired new people in order to expand their business, now you folks might be curious to know about those companies. Let me tell you that they are mostly those companies who act as an outsourcing partners or contractors with most of the vendors & parent companies.

In outsourcing a parent company hired a third party with a highly skilled staff & a separate management portfolio to perform certain tasks. This is one of the costs cutting strategy where a parent company didn’t need to hire & trained their own staff; the third party can provides them the standard services with fair compensation. Many of the firms these days get most important tasks of their operations done from an outsource party to cut cost. In Pakistan the telecommunication sector gets all of their “off the site” support from a third party, similar is the case with the manufacturers of fast moving consumer goods for their sales & distribution. In the field of IT many of the ISPs get their work done from a third party when it came’s to cpanel reseller hosting or customer relations management. So in short outsourcing is the smart solution for all vendors to make their work done efficiently & effectively from a third party.
