Paypal is nothing but a pile of shit run by a bunch of scum bags and Jewish SOBs.. I’ve been using it for the last 5 years and they would look for every possible way to hold your money so they can earn some interest..Search Google for more horror stories of paypal. You might consider 2CO as it is available in Pakistan and good thing about them is that your payment gets wired directly to your bank account. They even accept paypal payment so you can have your clients pay you via 2CO > Paypal.. 2CO will accept payment in their paypal on your behalf and will add it to your 2CO account.

One reason Paypal gives is that Pakistan does not has clear and detailed rules regarding e-commerce, electronic transactions and associated risks such as any sort of fraudulent activities taking place in the internet realm.
Xoom used to allow transactions to Pakistan but had suspended the services; not sure if they have re-started the services.
Moneygram, western union and wire transfer are some other (less preferred but possible) options.

I am not sure, but I think its possible to open up a Paypal account by first opening a bank account in a country where Paypal works. Switzerland might be one such option… But of course not everyone can go all the way to Switzerland just for the sake of Paypal…
